Sales is an area that is always of interest when it comes to training, and for good reason. Sales is the driving force for revenue. The money starts here.  What is often overlooked is we are all in sales...everyone from the trained sales professional to  customer service personnel to the people who install the product or perform the service.  This includes your bookkeeper, office manager, and executive officers.  Sales is a process, and anywhere that process can break down the sales process ends.  There are no continued sales or services being performed.  Results: lost revenue.
